Join John, our resident PT and ‘Body Mechanic’, for a friendly, confidence‑building gym session. Expect a personalised check‑in, tailored training or consultation, a clear session plan, and a take‑home development roadmap. For bigger goals, choose block bookings for consistent, incremental progress and ongoing support.
Gym Session - What To Expect
A fun, empowering and educational session. It all starts with a friendly welcome from John, our
resident PT, who will greet you at reception, conduct a brief ‘check-in’ with you and set out the
session plan based on your aspirations and goals.
A session will typically be physical, working
through a program of exercises that will leave you feeling confident with the gym environment
and ready to tackle those goals.
If you prefer to use this time to learn about or discuss fitness and nutrition concepts, then this can also be arranged in a consultation-style session.
All session participants will receive a session write-up and short-term development plan for how to move this knowledge into action and move forward.

This is where our block bookings come into their own and are the best way to maximise your progress.
