What to Expect

1. Welcome & Safety Briefing: Meet your instructor, get fitted with harnesses and helmets, and learn essential safety techniques.

2. Warm-Up Activities: Familiarise yourself with the ropes and practice belaying under expert supervision.


3. High & Low Ropes Session: Tackle each element at your own pace, with hands-on support from your instructor.
