Do I need prior experience?

No prior climbing experience is required! This class is specifically designed for beginners and first-time climbers. Our skilled instructors will provide all the guidance you need to start your climbing journey confidently and safely.

What should I wear and bring to this class?

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that won’t restrict your movements. Athletic shoes are suitable for your first class; however, we also offer climbing shoe rentals for those who want the full experience. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and you might want to bring a snack for energy.
